Buffalo, N.Y. – Michael Noah, President of BankOnBuffalo, has announced the hiring of Ed Mielcarek to the role of Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking for BankOnBuffalo.
Mr. Mielcarek comes to BankOnBuffalo with nearly two decades of experience working with Buffalo area banks as a commercial loan officer. In his new role, Mr. Mielcarek will be responsible for managing and developing corporate banking relationships with companies of all sizes across a wide range of industries.
“Ed’s experience in commercial lending has helped him to build relationships with industries across the western New York region,” said Mr. Noah. “His ability to connect with customers has proven to be highly successful and we look forward to having him on the team.”
Mr. Mielcarek is a native of North Tonawanda and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Niagara University. He currently holds Series 79, 63, and SIE certifications. Mr. Mielcarek is also actively involved in his community, serving as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and Junior Achievement.
