BankOnBuffalo released an architectural rendering today of the exterior of its planned Niagara Falls branch office, which will build upon the success of the bank’s temporary Wheatfield branch that opened last August.
“We are overwhelmed by the reception we have received from customers on our first entry into Niagara County and look forward to serving more business and individual financial needs through the convenience of this new, permanent branch office coming to Niagara Falls,” said Martin T. Griffith, BankOnBuffalo president.
Groundbreaking is planned for March for the new branch at 7121 Niagara Falls Blvd. in Niagara Falls, with close proximity to many local businesses and Fashion Outlets Niagara Falls, USA. Branch opening, dependent upon the construction schedule, is slated for later in 2019.
The Niagara Falls branch will be the first solely constructed for BankOnBuffalo and will be its most customer-centric with 21st century features aimed at making transactions and information gathering easier for bank customers. They will have ready access to an Internet kiosk in a café-style lobby, free coffee station, open teller areas, digital signage, cash recyclers, enhanced teller machines, and coin counter. Drive-up banking and ample parking will also be available.
The 3,400-square foot building is designed by LaBella Associates and its architect, Rich Nardini.
BankOnBuffalo began as a start-up division of CNB Bank with a loan origination office and in February 2017 opened a full-service bank branch on the first floor of the Electric Tower in downtown Buffalo. Since then, BankOnBuffalo has opened full-service branches in Orchard Park, Williamsville and Wheatfield, and created a private banking and wealth management service called BankOnBuffalo Investment Advisors.
Prime banking services available include consumer and business deposit accounts, real estate, commercial, industrial, residential and consumer loans and lines of credit, treasury services, online banking, mobile banking, merchant credit card processing, remote deposit, and accounts receivable handling.
BankOnBuffalo recently announced it will establish its fifth branch in the town of Amherst in 2019 and plans on a public opening of its regional headquarters on the historic, renovated seventh floor of the Electric Tower in February 2019.
As a community bank, BankOnBuffalo, a division of CNB Bank, is being developed by local people and businesses. This local decision-making increases the level of service provided to the communities in and around Buffalo and brings growth to the entire region.
