BankOnBuffalo Adds Michael Anderson to Leadership Team


Anderson_Mike-2018.jpgBankOnBuffalo continues to add top local, talented professionals to its growing leadership roster with the naming of Michael A. Anderson as vice president, regional retail banking administrator.  This was announced tday Martin T. Griffith, BankOnBuffalo president.
Anderson brings to BankOnBuffalo a record of successful retail banking sales and project management experience with four major banks in the Western New York market, most recently in the role of vice president, area retail banking sales leader.
“Our accelerated growth to a $300+ million bank in just two years is a testament to our overriding customer philosophy of providing highly personal, flexible and fast decision making for business and individual banking success,” Griffith said. “Michael Anderson will be a major contributor in building on that success by further growing our retail banking presence.”
Anderson will lead a retail operation consisting of four branches currently, and provide guidance on operating efficiencies and goals.  He will also provide strategic counsel on future retail expansion and services in concert with Griffith.
He is a graduate of the State University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and an MBA. He is the current president of UB’s Alumni Association and is former board chair of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and former class chair for Leadership Buffalo.
